The American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law (JGSPL) was founded in 1992 and focuses on gender and social policy issues within the legal field. Participation in JGSPL and its AUWCL events is open to all members of the AU community, regardless of background. Our events, programs, and activities are inclusive and do not restrict participation based on personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
