We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments)
• Other members of your organization as necessary for club operations

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We follow PCI-DSS best practices for handling payment data.

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information
• Permanently delete your account in the Rowhouse app: open Club, tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. This cannot be undone.
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Export your data

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Deleting your account removes your login and personal information. Club operational records that other people still need, such as payment history, may be retained in anonymized form.

Our Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
