The Mission of The George Washington University Biomedical Engineering Society Student Chapter shall be to build and support the biomedical engineering community at GWU and in the local area by promoting social, professional, and educational development. The Biomedical Engineering Society strives to promote camaraderie and academic excellence, among not only GW’s Biomedical Engineers, but SEAS as a whole. Through professional development, community outreach, philanthropic efforts, and social engagement, The Biomedical Engineering Society seeks to provide opportunities for students to enhance both their personal and professional lives.
