The Howard BRAG chapter is an organization dedicated to providing fashion, retail, and beauty industry focused students with the space for creative expression, real-world-experience, service, and professional development. In our organization, we focus on four initiatives: Creative Expression, Industry News, Professional Development, and Service Creative Expression - students with career aspirations within the fashion industry are given the space to create looks, alter and design garments, conduct photo shoots and much more. Industry News - members are constantly updated on what is going on in the industry as well as informed on opportunities such as scholarships, internships, and job opportunities. Professional development - members will be equipped with knowledge about the different realms of these industries from fashion, retail and beauty industry professionals as well as skills gained through workshops. Service - members will participate in events such as fashion show volunteering and give back to the DC community.
