Black Women in Pre Law Society is a non-selective, pre- professional organization founded in 2022 by Howard Alumna Genesis Lewis. The purpose of this organization is to increase the number of black women entering law school after graduating from Howard University. We aspire to educate, empower, and equip black women students as they seek to confidently create a competitive law school application and expand their network of accomplished professionals.  Our organization's mission focuses on providing support and assistance to pre-law students, especially considering that black women represent only 2% of the legal field. Navigating the competitive law school application process can be challenging, and we're dedicated to providing resources for success and increasing that 2%!
