The Blackout Arts Collective at Howard University is a student-led coalition of artists, activists, and educators dedicated to empowering communities of color through creative expression, cultural education, and social justice. We believe in the transformative power of art to inspire change, amplify marginalized voices, and foster collective liberation. Through collaborative projects, performances, and community engagement, we aim to honor the legacy of the original BAC while mobilizing a new generation of changemakers committed to building a more just and liberated world.
