The Blue & Gray Tour Guide Society is Georgetown’s student organization responsible for many of the campus tours given to prospective students and their families. Its more than 100 student guides represent Georgetown’s different undergraduate schools and introduce tens of thousands of visitors to the university each year. Members receive extensive training before becoming guides and are expected to provide an authentic student perspective on academics, traditions, campus life, and Georgetown culture. Beyond touring, Blue & Gray is also known for developing a particularly strong social community among its members.
