The mission of the Career Engagement Organization (C.E.O.) is to provide students with opportunities for career development, networking, industry exposure, experiential learning, and skill enhancement. Through engaging activities such as industry tours, workshops, coaching, speakers, conferences, work-and-learn experiences, and leadership development, we aim to empower our members to thrive in their future careers and be ambassadors in their communities. We will also make referrals and coaching recommendations to students who may be facing career or academic barriers. We aim to foster inclusivity and career empowerment so that after students graduate, they still engage with our department and organization in an alumni capacity and share their career experiences with current students.
