The Carroll School of Management Honors Program is the first program of its kind in an undergraduate school of business. Comprised of an equal number of select, high achieving students from each of the four classes at Boston College, the Honors Program focuses on building the whole student in the course of their business study under the goal of a Jesuit, Boston College education: to create men and women for others. The structure of the Honors Program focuses on improving students leadership potential, academic drive, and orientation towards serving the community. The Honors Program also strives to provide its members with insight into the growing complexities and dynamics of the business world. Finally, it is a primary goal of the Honors Program to foster friendships within and between current classes and with alumni of Boston College and the Honors Program.
