Howard University
Founded in 1935 to fulfill the unique needs of engineering and architecture students at Howard University, the College of Engineering and Architecture Student Council is charged to serve the student body by advocating for change, hosting various programs, coordinating community service, and implementing long-term initiatives. Because of the distinctive educational interests in the College, the Engineering and Architectural Council was created in 1935 as the first college-specific student government body at Howard University. As student government at Howard reorganized into its current structure, the Council became what is now known as the Howard University College of Engineering and Architecture Student Council. The first administration of this student council were pioneers, and CEA Student Council prides itself on being innovative and creative in developing solutions to current students' needs. As the 89th Administration of the Council, #VisionCEA is proud to continue the prioritization of the unique needs of its constituents.
