The Community and Belonging team [CAB] within American University’s Office of Alumni Relations leads identity-based and industry-based engagement through the Mosaic Collective and alumni communities. We partner with alumni to build networks rooted in shared experiences, cultural celebrations, and inclusive excellence. Through focused engagement opportunities, signature events, and mosaic community-driven leadership, we work to ensure that every Eagle feels seen, valued, and empowered to stay connected and shape the future of AU.
