Representing the NCGAA in DC since the Fall of 2014, the CUA Hurling Club offers the opportunity for men and women at the Catholic University of America to compete in collegiate hurling in the DC Metro area. From August to March, tournaments in the DC area and throughout the country are organized by the NCGAA and other sponsors, providing students with the opportunity to learn and play this fun, fast-paced sport. Other Hurling clubs in the NCGAA include but are not limited to the University of Montana, Notre Dame, University of Pittsburgh, UConn, Citadel, Purdue, University of Colorado, and many more... The CUA Hurling Club is a member of the Southeast Division of the NCGAA, and is currently ranked 6th in the Nation! As a player or leader of The CUA Hurling Club, you can become part of a close-knit community that enjoys the national sport of Ireland, hurling.
