District House, which opened for the 2016 Fall semester, is located between 21st, and 22nd, H and I Streets, N.W.. It is conveniently located near the University Student Center and Gelman Library. It is home to 850 upperclass students, residing in 2-person or 4-person units or Affinity Housing units. District House is home to numerous student meeting and study areas, a dance studio, and multiple dining areas.
