EGO’s purpose is to create a fashion-oriented community for AU students, building connections over our mutual interest in fashion, regardless of your major or field of interest. This community is open to all students. Over the course of the school year, EGO hosts different events for students to express their style in the form of designing their own tank tops, making charm necklaces, and more! We host bi-annual flea markets where we are proud to be able to highlight sustainable fashion and student-owned businesses. We are proud to produce multiple volumes of our magazine each semester, which are put together through the hard work of our production teams. We have roles for graphic design, modeling, photography, makeup, and writing that work together to produce a magazine that is both virtual and printed. We also organize periodic photoshoots for Cultural Heritage Months under the direction of our head of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
