The Howard University Chapter of Engineers Without Borders-USA, the only HBCU chapter of EWB-USA, is committed to engaging with communities to address clean water needs. Since EWB-HU’s conception in 2007, EWB-HU has demonstrated Howard University’s mission of creating leaders for America and the global community. By seeking multifaceted projects that positively impact small developing communities, students are challenged to think outside of the box and provide sustainable solutions that can be applied all around the world. This coalition of high achievers is comprised of students from all classifications and disciplines who use their unique perspectives to build holistic solutions.
