The purpose of the Ethiopian Eritrean Student Association is to advocate for the awarenessof the Ethiopian and Eritrean community on and off campus. EESA aims to bridge the gap between Ethiopian and Eritrean students, both native born and the diaspora, to their respective countries. Our goal is to raise awareness and educate students on critical and significant cultural issues that affect their local and international communities. We want to provide an outlet for cultural and social solidarity within the diaspora community, as well as establish and expose a cultural connection and awareness within EESA and on Howard’s campus.
