The Footnote is a Georgetown student-run historical blog created by Georgetown graduate students. It says its mission is to collect diverse historical perspectives from the Georgetown community and beyond, and to bring together writers from different disciplines and backgrounds. Georgetown Humanities also describes it as a new blog created by Georgetown graduate students. This appears to be the Georgetown organization, distinct from other groups with the same name at other schools.
