The mission of French Club at AU is to foster community among students passionate about French language and culture. The French Club at AU is open to all students. We are establishing this organization to provide a forum for French students to explore Francophone culture together beyond the classroom. The goals of this club are as follows: to promote Francophone events through our newsletter; to educate on Francophone history and culture through our events and activities; to represent the vast diversity of the Francophone world through invited speakers and other programming; to foster passion for the French language among AU students through accessible programming. American University student organizations shall not discriminate in membership or benefits on the basis of any individual’s personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
