GU Music Ministry

About GU Music Ministry

GU Music Ministry at Georgetown University appears as Georgetown’s Catholic Music Ministry, part of Campus Ministry rather than a separate student club platform. It brings together university chapel, contemporary, and related liturgical music groups to support worship and prayer in the Jesuit and Catholic tradition. The public Georgetown page says the ministry welcomes students with varied musical experience and backgrounds, and invites interest by contacting Georgetown staff directly. This is distinct from similarly named music ministries at other schools because the official Georgetown page is hosted on Georgetown’s own Campus Ministry site.
