GW Raas is our nationally competitive Garba-Raas dance team. They perform a popular folk dance native to the state of Gujarat, located in Western India called, Garba-Raas. They’ve performed in cities such as Austin, Texas, St. Louis, Missouri, Atlanta, Georgia, and Richmond, Virginia. As they prepare for another competition season, they strive to promote and spread awareness of South Asian culture.
