Hearts for the Homeless (H4H) is an international non-profit organization that offers free blood pressure screenings to individuals. The organization also collects supplies like socks and blankets for the homeless community. Studies support the fact that the homeless population is the most susceptible to cardiovascular disease due to stress, inadequate access to healthcare, and inability to receive public health information. H4H aims to close these gaps in healthcare education for vulnerable populations through volunteer-based community outreach.
