IAR is a graduate student-run publication of The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington, D.C., devoted to providing a forum for graduate student publication in international affairs and related fields, and graduate student training in academic writing and editing, via the twin outlets of a twice-yearly academic journal and a constantly updated news and op-ed website.
