Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Xi Chapter
Howard University
Chartered on Monday, December 17th, 1920 on the campus of Howard University, the Xi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated was established by 17 visionary charter members committed to the fraternity’s ideals of achievement in every field of human endeavor. The Xi chapter stands as a historic pillar of leadership, scholarship, and service, being the fourth HBCU-chartered and fourteenth overall in the fraternity. We provide a space for Black men to excel academically, cultivate leadership, and uplift their communities. Grounded in the fraternity’s core values of brotherhood, integrity, and excellence, this chapter continues to foster personal and professional growth while making a lasting impact on Howard University and beyond. “It’s easy to be ordinary, it takes courage to excel, and excel we must” - William Henry Greene
