The Labor and Employment Law Society is a student-run organization focused on community-building, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for students interested in the field of labor and employment law. LELS is focused on creating strong relationships amongst peers and opening discourse in budding areas of the law with events featuring guest-speaker practitioners. LELS provides opportunities for students to get involved with an on-campus organization and form relationships with students in different sections, class years, or organizations! Please join our GroupMe and follow us on Instagram @wcl_lels for the latest news! Participation in LELS is open to all AU community members regardless of background. Events, programs, and activities are open to all and participation is not limited based on any individual’s personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
