The Leadership Development Programs, hosted by the Office of Student Involvement, allow GW students to refine their leadership and organizational management skills. Students can participate in sessions designed to prepare them for future leadership positions - on or off campus. Student Organization Officers must participate in Leadership Development sessions to fulfill their annual requirements and be eligible for re-registration in the Spring. What will I get out of this? These skills will make you more: Marketable to employers Prepared for leadership positions Effective when working in groups, teams, and organizations Able to create positive change for the causes and communities you care about Leadership Development Programs are a great opportunity for any individual to further their leadership abilities and knowledge.
