As part of the BAIC, we host a variety of programs and events for LGBTQ+/queer, trans, and nonbinary and questioning students. These include three weekly discussion groups - Prism which is open to all LGBTQ+ students, QBIPOC which is for LGBTQ+ students of color, and Transcend which is for trans/nonbinary students; Pride Peers, a student-to-student mentoring program; Spectrum Retreat, a free weekend retreat in February; community dinners; and Lavender Graduation, a graduation event celebrating our graduating students. We also offer one-on-one support for any student who wants to talk about their gender or sexuality or wants some help.
