The mission of the AU MENA Student Association is to foster an open and active community of Middle Eastern and North African culture and traditions. The club aims to provide a safe space to celebrate Arab culture through community engagement, discussions, and education. We will create an inclusive space open to all, regardless of their racial background or national identity, to help bridge knowledge gaps about the region. Our goal is for this club to contribute to a more inclusive and tolerant university community by dispelling misconceptions and stereotypes about the Middle East, while fostering intercultural communication with our peers. MENA aims to showcase the Middle East's rich culture, music, and art. We also aspire to serve and represent the diverse religious, cultural, and national perspectives of our peers, and to uplift voices across all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
