The Migrant Rights Coalition is a cultural organization that focuses on the empowerment of migrants, immigrants, refugees, and first-generation Americans to promote their dignity in our campus community. Our way of empowering these groups is through advocacy, community outreach, service, and inclusivity so that we can emphasize our mission and reflect it throughout the campus community. We wish that all students involved in the organization feel as though they have a place to be themselves, no matter what their background. We will extend our mission by expanding our community resources so that we can provide opportunities for all immigrants, whether locally or globally, as well as changes for the global experiences of all migrants and refugees through advocacy that allow us to empower these groups.
