The Mock Trial Honor Society is dedicated to excellence in trial advocacy. Our members compete in trial competitions nationwide. Members learn techniques and strategies to deliver opening statements, closing statements, direct and cross examinations, evidentiary arguments, and motions in limine. Our First-Year Trial Advocacy Competition will be held on January 24th, 2026. This competition is open to all 1L students (full-time and part-time) to help them develop their trial advocacy skills. Our official Spring Qualifying Tournament to try out for the team will take place on February 14th and 15th, 2026. This tournament is open to all 1L (full-time and part-time), 2L (full-time and part-time), and 3L part-time students.
