LBCC's chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success was founded in 2021 with an initial cohort of 428 diverse leaders. We are an invite-only, nationally recognized leadership honor society (∑AΠ) that welcomes students from various walks of life. Our organization's purpose is "building leaders who make a better world." We believe that learning is a life-long journey, that everyone has leadership potential, and that we achieve more together than we do alone. The NSLS strives to help members achieve personal growth, career success, and empower them to have a positive impact in their communities. It provides various benefits that members have access to such as access to scholarships, jobs and internships, or personalized letters of recommendation. But more than anything it provides connection with like-minded individuals who will hold you accountable, support you in achieving your goals, and urge you to continue growing.
