About NSLS at Ivy Tech South Bend/Elkhart The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the nation's largest accredited leadership honor society, with over 800 chapters and more than two million members. Students are selected for membership based on academic standing or leadership potential. As a member, you gain access to professional leadership training, exclusive scholarships, an online job bank, networking events, a celebrity speaker series, and more — all designed to help you identify career goals, hone your leadership skills, and turn ambitions into action. Our Chapter Structure Our campus no longer hosts a physical NSLS chapter. Students who join are enrolled in NSLS's virtual chapter, which is fully managed and run by NSLS. All programming, events, and resources are accessible online through the NSLS platform. While there's no in-person chapter to attend, you're not on your own — we have a campus representative available to answer your questions, help you get started, and support you throughout your membership.
