The Nigerian Student Organization (NSO) serves as a home away from home for students of Nigerian heritage and anyone interested in learning about Nigeria. Our mission is to create a welcoming community that celebrates the richness of Nigerian culture while encouraging dialogue on history, traditions, and present-day social and political challenges. Through cultural showcases, community events, and social gatherings, NSO hopes to foster a strong sense of pride, unity, and community within its members. Whether through food, music, dance, storytelling, or discussions, we seek to highlight the vibrancy of Nigeria and invite the broader campus community to engage with and learn from Nigerian culture.
