All undergraduates participate in the First-Year Experience, an introduction to the life of the mind through coursework and activities rooted in the Liberal Arts and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition. Beyond the FYE, we are here to help you identify your passion, choose a major, and take advantage of the myriad of academic challenges available to you on campus, in Washington D.C., and beyond. These academic opportunities include, but are not limited to: engaging courses taught by CUA's world-class research faculty, undergraduate research opportunities, internships, and education abroad experiences.
