The primary objective of Howard University’s Omoge Dance Ensemble is to provide an environment where members can come together to celebrate culture and self expression by exploring dances from various cultures, primarily African, around the world. Omoge Dance Ensemble choreographs original routines and performs them dances at universities, festivals, competitions, and various private and public social gatherings in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area and beyond.
