Operation Smile is a non-profit organization founded in 1982 by Bill and Kathy Magee. They have provided free surgeries for children with cleft conditions, access to healthcare, and community for children who have cleft lip and palate. Through their student programs branch, we will work directly with Operation Smile and other college OPS organizations. Operation Smile provides leadership opportunities, experiences, and internships to college students, as well.
