Phi Gamma Delta strives to cultivate a community of active, vital forces of men who courageously live their values and make a positive impact on college and community. The values of Phi Gamma Delta are friendship, service, morality, knowledge, and excellence. These traits are reflected in FIJI men and exemplified daily. Members of Phi Gamma Delta follow a motto set by our founding fathers hundreds of years ago; Not for College Days alone. Phi Gamma Delta brothers emphasize building community and lifelong friendships that expand beyond a members' 4 years at college. Examples of prestigious postgraduate Phi Gamma Delta brothers include one U.S. President (Calvin Coolidge), four U.S. Vice Presidents, six Pulitzer Prize winners, two Nobel Prize winners, over 80 competitors in the Olympic Games , and at least seven billionaires. Lastly Phi Gamma Delta prides itself on setting a new precedent for greek life on college campuses across the country. The anti-hazing initiative set by Phi Gamma Delta International Headquarters is taken seriously and is prohibited for all brothers across the country.
