Originally founded as the Philomathean Society in 1852, Phi Mu has grown into the second oldest social sorority with over 200,000 members across the US. Every year, Phi Mu is looking to grow our sisterhood through the Primary Panhellenic Recruitment each January and opportunities for informal recruitment. So why Phi Mu? Phi Mu is a home away from home for our sisters, an opportunity to get involved with service work and engage with our philanthropy Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, professional development through mentorship from alumnae, and plenty of fun events on and off campus. All of these things while fostering strong community across our Panhellenic organizations to continue to strengthen greater AU community as a whole.
