Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is an international honor society whose members academically rank among the top two percent of students at two-year colleges. The mission of the organization is: to recognize and encourage the academic achievement of two-year college students; and to provide opportunities for individual growth and development through participation in honors, leadership, service and fellowship programs. Membership benefits include: scholarship eligibility; leadership programs; international convention attendance; service opportunities; academic team competitions; letters of recommendation for prospective colleges and employers; and distinguished alumni recognition.
