Pitches Be Trippin' is one of AU's upper voice treble clef a cappella groups. Promoting the empowerment of all people, community, and inclusive music-making since 2013. Pitches Be Trippin is open to all students. American University student organizations shall not discriminate in membership or benefits on the basis of any individual's personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability or veteran status. Pitches hosts one of the earliest showcases in the performance year, Acatoberfest, featuring groups from around the DMV. We also create our own opportunities to sing that combine spontaneity and service, whether busking, or fundraising for causes we believe in. We use our music for advocacy and community.
