Welcome to PRIDE at AU! We are American University’s largest LGBTQ+ student group. We strive to defend and protect the rights and interests of our members and the American University lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) community and all AU students. PRIDE organizes fun and educational programming to provide a safe space and build a sense of community for all AU students. PRIDE at AU is open to all students. American University student organizations shall not discriminate in membership or benefits on the basis of any individual’s personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
