QTPOCA will address the social, cultural, and political problems that LGBTQ+ POC face both on and off campus. We hope this community will allow POC who feel unaccepted or uncomfortable with their truth to be encouraged to live their lives as their most authentic selves. Our organization will host many opportunities for both service-oriented programs and social events that aim to support the LGBTQ+ POC community. While the organization will have focus on unique queer POC issues, we also want to build an inclusive environment and welcome the participation of anyone who is willing to learn and become an ally.
