How to order transcripts: Login to your MyIvy Search “Unofficial Transcript” and review that to confirm your grades have been uploaded and your degree(s) awarded (if applicable) Search “Transcript” in the search box Click on “Request Official Transcript” Click “Access the Transcript Ordering Site” Click the “Order” box next to transcript Enter who you are sending the transcript to as the recipient Sign and pay for transcript How to obtain an enrollment certificate: From the day after the refund date until the end of term, you can find enrollment verifications in MyIvy by: Typing “Enrollment Verification” into the search bar, Selecting the “Enrollment Verification” option, Selecting either “Current Enrollment” or “All Enrollment”, and Clicking “Obtain an enrollment certificate” above the “Current enrollment” bullet point You can save or print the certificate from there. “All Enrollment” verifications can be obtained at any time, and will include at least previous terms’ enrollment Graduation Information: https://www.ivytech.edu/locations/evansville/graduation-info/ Make sure you apply to graduate when you are completing a program so we can confer your degree, and RSVP if you would like to walk in the Commencement ceremony in May. All diplomas are mailed; the decorative diploma covers are only given to those who walk at the ceremony and are not included in the diploma mailing. It takes up to 8 weeks after the end of the semester for us to process graduates. You will receive an email from Parchment to your Ivy Tech email when your degree is conferred; this will contain a request to verify your address and an electronic copy of your transcript. If that email receives no response within 24 hours of its receipt, your physical diploma will mail to your address on-file unless otherwise specified in your application to graduate.
