SALSA is an affinity organization dedicated to the development of legal opportunities for law students of all backgrounds, with an emphasis for minorities. In concert with the South Asian legal community, the long term goal is to help integrate South Asian people and culture into the legal community. Diversity is defined not by the number of people from one group inside another group, but the general acceptance of an entire group by another group.
