The purpose of the South Asian Student Association is to extend and promote South Asian culture at American University. We serve as a safe space for individuals and would like to foster community on AU's campus through holding social, professional and dialogue based events pertaining to South Asian experiences and cultures. Our organization is not exclusive to South Asian members and is open to all students.
