Under the Student Activity Council (SAC), the Spirit & Traditions Board (STB) aims to put on events that unite a diverse student body and find ways to celebrate the many great students that make AU what it is today. The programming board’s work is done to strengthen the university community. Our events and initiatives strive to celebrate the AU’s traditions and values and build a sense of pride and belonging. --- The Spirit & Traditions Board is open to all students. American University student organizations shall not discriminate in membership or benefits on the basis of any individual’s personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
