We are an English society in the English Department that seeks to expose students, faculty, and others to some of the innumerous intricacies of language while providing a space for free expression. In the past, we've held film screenings, book launches, and literary themed social events. In order to provide a written outlet, we publish Sterling Notes, our literary journal, biannually using student submissions ranging from critical essays written on literature to poetry, and short stories.
