The Student Association for Graduate Economists, abbreviated as SAGE, represents the interests of graduate students in the Economics Department. SAGE (Student Association for Graduate Economists) is a student-run association that provides GWU graduate students in Economics with opportunities to socialize, network and grow, through meeting with each other and discussing economics. SAGE represents the interests of graduate students, and organizes educational and social events. The purpose of SAGE is to bring together aspiring economists to create a productive research, and social, community. SAGE aims to grow the graduate program in Economics by strengthening the GWU network of graduate economists and engaging together.
