Student Government is the voice of the Student Body! As our own SGA Constitution says, "The purpose of Student Government is to inform the Ivy Tech administration, faculty, and staff of student concerns and problems...to provide input and assistance in planning student activities and the use of student activity fees. The philosophy of SGA will be fiscal conservatism following the guidelines of these hallmarks: leadership development, policy review and adherence, student retention, and the fostering of a positive learning environment" (p.1).
