TAMID at GW's program is designed to offer experiential business consulting experience. Beginning with an interactive classroom curriculum, members will progresses to hands-on experience with companies in the heart of the startup nation, Israel.  GW TAMID is comprised of dedicated GW students from all majors and colleges, faiths, and political backgrounds who are brought together through their shared goals of advancing their skillsets through professional experiences. Beyond the robust business experiences that students engage in, TAMID at GW values forming a college community and continues to create an organization that fosters long lasting relationships well after college.    TAMID is characterized by the following four programs: Education: Once accepted into TAMID, new members go through an education program for first semester that prepares them to contribute to a consulting or investing team. With an emphasis on practical experiential learning, the education program is hardly like sitting in a classroom and listening to a lecture. New members learn a variety of skills in workshops and competitions, as they delve into a variety of fields within consulting, investing, and entrepreneurship. Each lesson is designed to be fun and engaging; no prior knowledge is required.  Consulting: TAMID provides pro-bono advisory services for the most exciting and innovative startup  companies coming out of Israel. By leveraging both our experience as university students and our formal classroom education, TAMID Consulting teams are able to offer effective and efficient consulting services through market research, market strategy, branding, and business development strategy. The GW chapter works with four Israeli startups every year and will be working with Skyler AI, SafeUP, Sign Now, and Lior Shoham LTD this semester. Investment Fund: The TAMID Investment fund members work in groups conducting due-diligence on stocks to advise the TAMID national portfolio by submitting stock pitches. Every semester the chapter competes in an organization-wide trading competition, giving each member’s research a national impact. The fund members also have opportunities to interact with financial experts and GW alumni who work in the financial industry. The Fellowship: Health conditions permitting, every TAMID student can apply to go on an eight week internship program in Israel. Participants are assigned to an Israeli company based on their interests, and work with the company on a capstone project by the completion of the fellowship. Along with interning, members have the opportunity to explore the state of Israel through fun actives while meeting other TAMID members from across the country   TAMID Group: A Bridge Between Future Business Leaders & Israel   *Updated May 2025
