The American Institute of Architecture Students brings the CUArch Community together. As an independent, non-profit, and student-run organization, we are able to provide unique learning experiences, create access to employment opportunities, and host enjoyable events. CUA AIAS provides resources for students and opportunities for connection throughout the School of Architecture, hosting events such as: AIAS Student Store - Provides ease of access to architectural supplies in Crough through the student run store, curated materials. Dine 'N Design - Opportunity to get additional feedback and advice on projects, and option for upperclassmen to critique. Annual Career Fair - This event allows students to put their best foot forward and get introduced to some of the best firms in the area and nationwide. University Wide Book Fair - Provides affordable access to specialty architecture books donated by professors and visiting architects. Mentoring Program - Opportunity to connect with different grade levels as either a mentor or mentee. Creates more community aspects Beaux Arts Ball - Celebration of architectural styles in a ball thrown for the School of Architecture Annually. Portfolio Workshops - Hosted throughout the year, these events help students prepare for the interview process and be ready for when job opportunities arise. Catered Lunches - At both midterms and finals, AIAS hosts catered events to reward students for their hard work!
